VINYASA
Vinasa follows the flow of breath through sequences of interweaving asanas (postures) that change from class to class. Vinyasa Yoga (also called "Flow" or "Power Yoga") is a popular form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating intention, breath and movement. The postures are strung together creating strength and flexibility. Vinyasa as a form is always evolving and teachers weave together wisdom teachings, poetry and music to inspire intuitive and pure states of consciousness. Be ready to sweat. This class is based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Jivamukti and many others. (room heated)
