How to Sign Up
On the internet or at the front desk.
What to Bring
Mat, towel, water (water available for $2). Workout or yoga clothes, a towel for a shower, change of clothes.
Before Class
Drink plenty of water, please do not eat anything a few hours before you practice. Please take your shoes off at the front door.
Sign up or sign in to a class online. Grab props and hand towels at the back of the room. Take a few minutes to just sit and breathe.
No talking before class, please.
During Class
Take breaks. Ask ask as many questions as you have. Try to stay in the room for the duration of the class.
Props are available for assistance.
After Class
Please lie on your mat for a few moments with your eyes closed. Allow your practice to soak in. Hang mats and spray down. Drink a lot of water.
