Moon Transit Astrological Signs

Moon Transit Astrological Signs

The way I introduce the twelve constellations to make it easy to grasp is to make astrology relatable by season. The Signs hold the space for our seasonal temperaments and feel. The temperament of every sign’s season affects how we feel, just as warm summer days or cold winter nights affect what we may wear to cover our bodies.

The sun’s movement through the twelve constellations creates our seasons each year. Our four seasons have a beginning, middle, and end corresponding to three of the twelve signs.

For example, Spring begins with the vernal equinox at 00°00′ Aries. The sun transits Taurus in mid-spring, and Gemini occurs at the end of spring. The signs repeat this sequence four times, with Summer, Autumn, and Winter, each having a beginning, middle, and end of seasons.

Unlike pop-culture astrology, the seasons on Earth provide meaning to the signs, not vice versa. The twelve signs are seasonal and related to the sun’s movement. They reveal their temperament every few days, while the moon reflects the energies of all twelve signs each month. Thus, using our Moon Chakras™ App daily is a powerful tool for harnessing human potential.

The Twelve Constellations

Just as the sun takes a whole year to move through all twelve signs, our moon moves through all of these signs each month, spending approximately 2.5 days per sign, giving us this seasonal feel of all Twelve Signs each month.

Aries Moons—We feel a strong, emotional drive and initiative for self-directed action and/or alone time that feels personal, often also physical when the moon transits Aries each month.

Taurus Moons—We need emotional validation and self-worth, wanting to cozy up in our material world things and connect in grounded appreciation of what we value most is

the lunar feel for a couple of days that the moon transits Taurus.

Gemini Moons—Sleep may be more challenging for a couple of days when the moon transits Gemini because lots of conversations and thoughts are playing out in our minds, not to mention running errands and adapting mindsets.

Cancer Moons—hold your emotional well-being, governing your sense of belonging as the native ruler of the moon. These are days for connecting with mother, homeland, and tribe, where we go for comfort, care, and retreat.

Leo Moons—These are usually creative, playful days where issues around our own childhood or children are felt at heart. These are also good days to do inner-child healing.

Virgo Moons—These are typically days where our emotional focus turns to everyday routine: cleaning, organizing, prioritizing pets, and caring for any who cannot do for themselves.

Libra Moons—These days each month are when we seek balance and harmony in our partnerships, marriage, or other committed relationships most personal to us.

Scorpio Moons—These days feel intense, and we may need privacy or a long nap to do some deep digging into the soul-worth. Dreams are typically more intense these days.

Sagittarius Moons—The days the moon is transiting this supernova adventurer bring a sense of higher truth, travel, and celebration, where we find wisdom and purpose.

Capricorn Moons—A couple of days come around each month when we feel more emotionally stoic, pragmatic, and disciplined, oftentimes related to our aspirations or careers.

Aquarius Moons—Here, we may feel focused on friendships, mentorships, or just a lot of group energy we need to address, including social causes and innovative solutions for humanity on the whole.

Pisces Moons—These are a few days each month when we feel more sensitive and naturally tune into meditation or music to heal our connectedness with big-picture spirituality.

Every month, the moon will spend time in each sign in a different place in its cycle and phase.

For example, the full moon will be an action-packed, competitive Aries in some months. In other months, there will be a new moon in Aires, and we need to come back to our bodies and gently re-initiate who we want to be through physical rest and regrouping.

We experience the moon transiting every sign each month.

The feel of each moon phase changes slightly by Sign every month, but the pattern of moving up the liberating current with the waxing moon and allowing down the manifesting current with the waning moon will occur every two weeks. This offers chakra alignment in different Sign energy every 2.5 days that move us through the seasons of our year.

Wowzers! It is amazing how we are held within it all as we evolve through our lives. It can feel overwhelming to step back and try to take it all in.

Why?

Because we are supposed to live it just one day at a time, with milestone moments where we glimpse the cumulative of what we can do and where we may go along the way.

It would be hard for us to try to keep track of everything individually. This is why I developed the MoonChakras App, so all we have to do is open the App, click on the current day’s moon, and review the cards that take us through it step-by-step.

The Moon Chakras™ App is designed for simplicity. When you open the app, a list of seven days is displayed, with the current day at the top. Each day becomes active at midnight MT. When you openthe Moon Chakra day, “cards” describe

the moon, its associated chakra for that day, and its energy and influence. Each card is simple, with just a few lines to help your energy, like a little vitamin boost for your Chakras:

  • MOON CYCLE CARD •

The first card at the top of each moon day describes the moon cycle, waxing or waning, and how it relates to the Chakra Currents. This card changes about every 15 days as we move between waxing and waning moons.

  • MOON PHASE CARD •

This card describes the current moon phase classification, which changes about every two to four days, depending on the speed at which the moon is moving in its orbit around Earth. The image changesdaily to provide a visual reference for the moon phase.

  • SPECIAL MOON CARD •

This extra card is displayed if there is something special about the moon for the day (like apogee/perigee). It could be for an eclipse, something about the moon’s orbit (inner/ outer power days), or the type of full moon. This card shows only when there is something more you should know about the moon for the day.

  • CHAKRA CARD •

This card tells you about which chakra and current the moon is influencing today. It includes the Sanskrit name and number of the chakra, the rights or sense associated with the chakra, and the corresponding shadow or source flow for the moon that day. A round icon is displayed at the top for the liberating current days and a chakra mandala for the manifesting current days. This card is tied to the percentage of light that each day’s moon reflects and its corresponding charka wavelength and frequency and changes every two to three days.

  • FOCUS CARD •

This card gives you a focus related to the chakra. Think about this focus throughout the day to gauge how much awareness (waxing moon/liberating chakra path) or alignment/release (waning moon/manifesting chakra path) you might need. The focus card changes with the chakra every two to three days.

  • MANTRA CARD •

This card gives you a mantra for the day. Speak the mantra out loud for the maximum benefit, and repeat it throughout the day whenever you need to. The mantra card changes with the chakra every two to three days.

Mantra meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that’s been used for centuries to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness. Some of the other benefits of the mantra are improved focus and concentration, deepened intuition and creativity, increased sense of calm, and better sleep. The mantras on the Mandala Light Color Sound Bath videos correlate with the Bodhi Yoga Chakra Deck™ “My Nature” (liberating/waxing moon) and “Awakened Path” (manifesting/waning moon) cards. These powerful chakra mantras help you move organically up and down the chakras each lunar month. You could think of each day’s mantra as a way to naturally reframe the energy of the chakra triggers, reclaim rights, and connect with the sense of being at a vibrational level.

  • INTENTION CARD •

This card provides you with a quick intention related to the chakra for that day. If possible, read the intention out loud for the maximum benefit. The intention will help direct the focus and mantra in preparation for the Action Card and Mandala Color Therapy video. The intention card changes with the chakra every two to three days.

  • ACTION CARD •

This card gives you a quick (less than 2 minutes) action or practice related to the chakra. These include movements and sounds, so find a comfortable space for the practice. The first time you practice the action, repeating it a few times may be helpful, or just let its energy wash through you in the moment and get on with your day. You will become proficient with the practice over time as you use the Moon Chakras App™. The action card changes with the chakra every two to three days.

  • MANDALA LIGHT COLOR SOUND BATH VIDEO •

The Mandala Light Color Sound Bath videos are Syl’s original compositions and arrangements using mandala light color movement, mantra, chant, theta sound, and more.

You may want to watch it more than once daily to enhance the Moon Chakras App™ benefits. As you view the video, focus on the very center of the mandala images and relax your eyes.

These inspired and exclusive videos are a powerful tool for active chakra vibrational healing resonating with the moon phase. The combination of light and color movement, theta sound bath of original music, and Syl speaking mantra (on the liberating current/waxing moons) or Syl chanting (on the manifesting current/waining moons) brings you into harmony. These short mandala, light-color, and theta sound bath videos help align your chakras in 2 to 3 minutes. The video changes with the chakra every two to three days, gradually changing by the light of the moon.

Each card (or Chakra Mandala light, color, sound bath video) is short and sweet but brings purpose, synchronization, and healing magic into your daily life.

  • MOON SIGN CARD •

This card tells you the astrological constellation sign the moon starts the day in and a short description of the associated energy. This information may help you find additional insight into your chakra healing and alignment. This card changes every two to three days as the moon transits each constellation/sign.

  • MOON SIGN ACCENTUATION CARD •

This card only appears on primary moon phase days that occur each week, the New, First Quarter, Full, and Last Quarter Moons. Here, Syl uses her over 25 years of experience to offer insight into the major moon phase in that particular sign and how to make the most of its energy.
