Moon days 16 and 17 are when we naturally do Crown Chakra, manifesting current alignment with something much larger than ourselves. It is a time to step back and take in the overview effect, where we see more of our connections than attachments. When we realize there is a flow in varying degrees between everything, we naturally gravitate toward abundant light.
This is the time we can begin to call that light down into ourselves, feel a sense of completion in however far we
have come so far, and open ourselves up to being more receptive and allowing of universal source flow to pour miraculous alignment through us over the next two weeks.

Visualize a sunlit space with a glowing ball of light above your head. See it illuminate your hair and form a halo of light around you. Imagine the halo swirling into your crown chakra, filling it with light, and transforming attachments into connections. Picture every cell of your body bathed in violet light of connection and wisdom. Breathe until you feel you have fully received it.
Inhale all the full moonlight into your body, let it fill every cell, then exhale as that light emanates outward, glowing through every pour on your skin. Repeat as needed throughout the waning phase of the moon. As you go about your day, allow the light filling your crown chakra to glow perpetually outward from your crown as you trust in the full measure of your connected being.
