Moon Days 29, 30 (and 1) are when we rest into Root Chakra alignment. This energy is where we allow universal source light to provide in the present moment while we let go for real. Here, we feel steady that we can be physically grounded, regardless of anything else going on around us.

This is the time we can rest into a sense of personal safety and physical well-being, sustained by every aspect of our life from the foundational Root Chakra, where bright orange becomes potent red. Red is the color of rebirthing and sustaining for no other reason than because we were born and are indeed being reborn again here each month.

Imagine yourself sitting in a beautiful sunlit space with a luminous ball of light descending through your crown chakra, down through your Brow, Throat, Heart, Solar, and Sacral chakras. As you exhale, feel the energy pour down into and fill your root chakra with potently grounding red light. Allow this red light to softly dance its way around, into, and through every cell in your body. Give yourself a moment to see yourself as universal light source holds you. Feel supported as you release anything that no longer serves you, held in everything you have longed to be.

Breathe from the bridge of your nose, sipping the inhale upward and softly lengthening the exhale as that light shines outward from within you now. Be one with the light and emanate that light out to the rest of the world, as the sun and moon become ONE. As you go about your day, allow this energy to heal any need within you, emanating the pulsating belonging as your universal light source. Root Chakra energy restfully carries you as your energy and intentionality are rebirthing today.
