Naturally Awakening Our Light

Just as the moon has waxing and waning phases that awaken and align its energy through us each month, each Chakra has its liberating/awakening and manifesting/aligning energy.

With the Chakras, the liberating current is where we become aware of and deal with our work to heal anything in life that triggers feelings of dis-ease or is challenging for us. We know where we need healing awareness by how we develop the capacity to recognize and address our triggers.

As we work our way up in the charkas, we also begin to recognize how great we are, where we can strengthen the rights that give light to our personal drives and reach for a more functional version of ourselves and our lives.

As we work our way up the Chakras, this liberating path teaches us that seven archetypal triggers are held in the body until we become conscious enough to recognize and address the patterns our triggers will reveal to us.

Our Triggers

The seven archetypal triggers that are embedded in our Chakras are fear, guilt, shame, grief, corruption, illusion or delusion, and attachments.

Our triggers keep us from feeling like we can access the seven rights that make up the best of what it means to be human.

The seven rights to human dignity are the right to exist, feel, act, give/receive love, the right to our voice, to see/learn/ live intentionally, and to know how we become connected and maintain the connection to our best life. When we can learn to raise our awareness of any life pattern that may have kept us in cycles of repeatedly feeling stuck in the same patterns, we also increase our ability to raise our frequency.

32 We can allow ourselves to reach for and receive the very best life offers us only to the extent that we can align our frequency to match it. We struggle to raise our frequency when life pulls us around by our triggers.

If our only response to life stress is through the lens of our past triggers (which form future worries and how we project our reality into being), then we frame our frequency at a lower vibration than we are designed to live from. This is why we sometimes don’t feel good or seem locked into perpetually repeating a cycle of constant stress patterns.

Again, the way to change where we feel stuck is to learn to live within more aspects of our potential more frequently. We can raise our frequency by becoming aware of the particular wavelength of our patterns.

The quickest, most accessible way to raise our awareness is to live more consciously aware of our triggers. This, too, takes practice and the ability to be gentle with ourselves while learning to see them. Our triggers are embedded in our Chakras.

Our Chakras hold the patterns of our potential frequencies, which are as individual as our fingerprints.
