Each lunar month begins and ends with a New Moon. This coincides with the energy of our Chakras Liberating Current. This is when we become aware of and work with our chakra shadow triggers to feel our seven sacred birth “rights.”
The new moon is Mother Nature’s way of gifting us the opportunity to release and refresh. At the beginning of the lunar month, the new moon offers us the refreshing side of its purpose, where we energetically re-group/rebirth and begin the liberating chakra path again.
We begin our lives by (ideally) crowning through our mother’s root chakra. We begin this life cycle by developing the foundations of the root chakra that takes us on a liberating path throughout our lifetime. We also do this each month, like a microcosm of our life’s purpose that we practice every lunar cycle throughout each year.
Every waxing moon phase offers us the chance to become aware of our triggers, heal them, and reclaim the seven basic rights held within us just by being human.
The waxing phase of the moon cycle is a two-week period where our energy and motivation are building, along with our triggers that keep us from embodying our seven basic rights to exist, feel, act, love, voice, see, and know.
So, we have approximately two days to work with each chakra from root to crown as we move from new moon to full moon energy.
As we begin at the new moon each month, we are more susceptible to our shadows because our energy for being functional is low. When we try to be productive on a new moon (pushing things to happen in life and often failing because no one else has excess energy to spare), we can default to our seven shadows much easier. Knowing this energy, we can rest and renew to begin fresh for the next lunar month.
